Crisis Relief Singapore LLP (CRS), previously known as Crisis Relief Society (Singapore), is a Christian disaster relief organization in Singapore run by volunteers. CRS provides medical and other aid in post disaster situations, usually in partnership with a local organization in the disaster hit country and pays particular attention to the disadvantaged, women and children.
To achieve that, CRS seeks to raise awareness and provides opportunities for volunteers to serve in crisis relief. CRS is committed to train and prepare volunteers for relief work through a combination of briefings, self reading and foundational training which may include counseling, cross-cultural communications, and field medicine for medical volunteers.
CRS also believes that as Christians, we should extend the hand
of God's love to people in affected areas through practical
ways with no strings attached. We remain sensitive at all times
to religious and cultural backgrounds of the people we work
amongst, and demonstrate God's love purely through our actions.
