Crisis Relief Singapore is a volunteer organization,
thus our greatest resources are our volunteers who contribute
their time, expertise and finance. With that, we welcome
people from different backgrounds to volunteer with
us. |

Going
Most of our volunteers involve with us by coordinating
or joining in overseas relief trips. We are looking for
experienced team leaders to lead relief teams as well
as team members who are willing to go. Medical knowledge
and skills will be an advantage for medical relief trips,
but non-medical personnel are also welcome to join us.
Trippers pay for their own expenses during the trip, except
for special cases. |
Organizing
On top of going for overseas relief trips, we also need volunteers
to help to organize and assist in local events. CRS organizes
training courses, fundraising activities, publicity items
and volunteers’ appreciation events periodically, which manpower
are needed to make them successful.
There is also a greater need for volunteers with certain talents
to help out in the event, such as worship leading and photography/
videography.
Supporting
For every trip and event organized, the background administrative
and operations support are important. There are also many
tasks that volunteers are needed to cover the daily running
of the organization, which includes paper work and help in
packing, logistic and transport.
On top of them, there are also certain knowledge based tasks
such as bookkeeping, IT support, article writing and editing,
as well as website management which volunteers with these
knowledge are appreciated.
Praying
As a Christian organization, we believe in the importance
of praying for the organization. With that, we will like to
gather volunteers who are passionate in praying and keen to
lead prayer meetings to intercede for the organization.
Giving
Funds
To help to meet the operations and project costs
of the organization, CRS is looking for individuals to give
financially to the organization.
You can choose to give to CRS Operations fund, or to specific
projects we are involved in. You can donate via:
- Coming down to CRS office to donate via cash. Please kindly
contact us to confirm our presence
before popping by.
- Sending a cheque to us by addressing it to Crisis
Relief Singapore LLP. Please kindly indicate your
name and the fund you are donating to at the back of the
cheque.
- Fund transfer to our UOB Current Account of 377-300-742-8.
Please indicate your name in the transfer and send us an
e-mail after that with your address and the fund you are
donating to for us to process your donation.
- Arranging for a Standing Instruction with your bank. Please
kindly contact us for the Standing
Instruction form.
Please note that your donation to CRS is not tax exempted. Please
feel free to contact us if you have
any query on donating.
In-kind
We sometimes welcome donation in kind, depending on the needs
of the field and the storage space available. Please kindly
contact us if you have items to donate,
which we will evaluate accordingly.
